Please keep in mind that we have developed Little British Car Co. (LBCarCo) to be an internet based company with an online ordering system to provide you with the best service, lowest prices and a fast way to order using the Moss or factory part numbers. However should you not have internet access or for some other reason are not able to place your order on our secure server, we will be happy to take your order via email, fax or telephone. You of course will always receive our low prices and great service, but all orders not placed on our secure server will be subject to a 5% order processing charge of your order value with a minimum of $5.00 per order.

When you order online each order is formatted to provide us with all the pertinent information we need to process it quickly and with the fewest errors. We encourage you to always place your order on our secure server as this method helps to keep our costs at their lowest possible levels in labor, administrative and telephone expenses. If the item(s) you ordered is/are out of stock do you want it/them to be placed
on backorder?  We recommend that you place the item(s) on back order.  By doing
so, if it is a sale item, you will be assured the sale price regardless when it ships.
Also items that are on back order may be subject to additional shipping
charges.  In some cases you will be charged for back ordered items at 
time of order, but they can be cancelled for a full refund prior to shipment
to us from our vendors (special order items may be an exception to this rule).
We do not maintain stock on every item on our website and order from our 
vendors daily. Should an ordered item be shipped to us from our vendors 
and cancelled prior to shipment to you the customer, there may shipping charge
levied for return shipping to our vendors.
