Built in 2002, this is a ground floor unit in a gated community. Your screened lanai overlooks beautifully landscaped grounds. For those rainy days or evenings, we have provided high speed internet access with laptop computer for guest email and internet browsing, cable TV, home theatre with wide screen TV, DVD player, VCR, CD player, hairdryer and more. Unit is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Telephone (with free US Domestic and Canadian long distance), alarm, large walk in closets, 9 foot ceilings, fully carpeted and ceramic and tiled floors. Full kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, snack bar, full size washer and dryer and large pantry. Cooking utensils and tableware provided, along with linens and towels.

One bedroom has two double beds; the other has one queen bed with pillowtop mattress. And the living room has a sofa bed, if needed. Will sleep up to six.

Beautiful, heated pool and hot tub just a few steps from your door. Beyond the pool is the clubhouse with great fitness and business center. Numerous golf courses nearby. There are tennis courts and pressure car wash and vacuums. Quiet Crystal Beach less than 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes to Tampa or Clearwater Airports.

The surrounding area offers sightseeing, water sports, and adventures for the entire family. Shopping, entertainment and restaurants are all nearby. You can be as busy as you want or as relaxed as you want.
