Our home page does have some basic instructions on how to use our site under the section where it says 1, 2, 3. Please read them. Here are a bit more detailed instructions.
All orders are placed via our self serve website, which is how we can give you the discount prices. Your price will be approx. 15% below the prices you will find in the Moss USA catalog, but can vary depending on our margin. Some of the parts may be on sale in which case you will also save something additional from us.
You can add the part numbers individually via our SEARCH page or you can add up to 40 parts at a time (using our quick cart and a list of part numbers you may have made up). Enter the Moss USA part numbers (including the Hyphen if any) and then click on the button that says "search for part". Once the page comes up with the part numbers and prices then adjust your quantity and then click on the change quantity button. It will then adjust everything for you and give you our total discount price and also show you the savings over the retail price. DO NOT use the buttons on your internet browser such as forward or backward, ONLY use the buttons on our screen, the Continue Shopping button or Search (at the top of our page). If you like what you see after you have added the items to the cart then you can proceed with the order on our site.
Once you have clicked 'ADD to Cart' that and then a screen will come up with what your order contains and buttons that say continue shopping, QuikCart, Estimate Shipping (USA Only) and Express Check out. You want express checkout. From there if you have not ordered before or you do not remember your password and user ID you need to use the left GUEST side. Click to proceed to the payment area and fill in the blanks. If you have ordered before and remember your user name and password than all you need do is use the right side, put in your user name and password (case sensitive) and then Login and hit continue. Fill in the blanks and check the required boxes. Our site does give you the option as well to put in the credit card billing address as well as ship the goods to another location. Once all of it is complete at the very bottom there is a button that says I Agree/Submit Order which you will click.
The next page will either give you an order number (make sure you write this down) or if you were missing something in the checkout screen it will tell you what item(s) are missing so you will need to go back and fix that. (this is the ONLY time you can use your browser back button). After you have your order number you will get an automatic email confirmation from the server and shortly after that I will send you a personal email telling you approximately when your order will ship. We do not charge your credit card until the order ships. Hope this helps. Once we get your order from our server we will order the parts for you. Basic items we usually stock but some items we may have to order and that will take a few days for us to get in, try to allow at least 5-7 business days for us to get the times in and then ship them to your location. We try to ship your order once it is complete (other than any long term backorders, which may ship separately unless you have selected the do not back order button).
